Shanghai FineMEMS Inc. is a high-tech enterprise founded by a group of technical experts came from abroad in the fields of integrate circuit, MEMS, packaging, etc. Since its founding in 2003, FineMEMS has been focusing on automobile electronics and consumer electronics. FineMEMS has made great achievements in ASIC, MEMS sensor and associated systems due to our many years of accumulation of novel technology, know-how and entrepreneurship of our team. MEMS pressure sensor and TPMS developed and manufactured by FineMEMS have been successfully adopted by several famous automobile manufacturers in China. At the same time, FineMEMS is entering into consumer electronics industry due to our unique low cost ASIC and plastic packaging technology.

Technology innovation has been regarded to be critical for FineMEMS to have substaintial development. Therefore, FineMEMS’ vision in the management is 1) to create advanced technology in the world；2) to be the first class international company and to become a leading supplier in sensors；and 3) to provide consumers with first class technologies, products and services. By the end of 2005, FineMEMS has accomplished a national high－tech project of China and two key scientific and technological projects of Shanghai. FineMEMS has filed seven China patents and five American patents. In the process of our development, FineMEMS has always been trying to attract and train talents, acquire advanced equipment and facilities, and enhance our management level so as to guarantee the satisfaction of customers. In the past three years, FineMEMS has attracted and trained a group of excellent talents, purchased and developed a batch of international advanced manufacture equipment and testing facilities.
